Trademark Hotel, A Member Of Design Hotels, Nairobi

The hotel location was perfect for my business needs, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants without needing a taxi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but facing the food court of the Village Market at the interior of the shopping center was noisy. The service was professional and very friendly, going beyond my expectations. The dining experience was fabulous, and the facilities were fantastic.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, making it convenient to reach the UN office on foot and access shops and restaurants easily. The service was outstanding, with staff being kind, polite, and incredibly quick to respond to my needs. However, the room, labeled as a 'Deluxe Double Room with Balcony,' didn't quite meet expectations, missing hot water, having poor water pressure, and lacking a mini fridge. The dining experience was good but slightly pricey, offering a decent selection but could benefit from more variety.

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony was comfortable, staff were super efficient but the room lacked a true balcony and could be noisy at times.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, being within a shopping mall, and the staff were warm and helpful. However, noise from the mall and upper floors was a bit distracting, and having Netflix in the rooms would have been a nice addition.
